Occupier Requirements

*Acceptable introductions are potential occupiers that have an active requirement and are not known to the landlord or their agents. We will not accept agent circular enquiries as introductions. Weekend breaks will be subject to availability at the chosen destination and excludes Valentines, Christmas and New Year. The landlord reserves the right to refuse introductions at their discretion. Introduction fees and the weekend break will only become payable on completion of a lease agreement of at least one year term certain to the introduced occupier.
